目的:探讨人文素养在社区护理教学中的多元渗透,培养多层次、全面化的社区护理人才。方法:选取前一阶段我单位30例社区护理人员,依照随机性原则将其分为对照组和观察组两组,其中对照组15例,观察组15例。对照组采用我单位常规的社区护理工作方式,观察组在常规社区护理工作方式的基础上,从多方面多元渗透入人文素养。在社区护理工作结束后,对道德指数、文化指数、法律指数、审美指数、心里指数等5个观察指标进行对比。结果:对照组道德指数、文化指数、法律指数、审美指数、心里指数分别为(31.17±3.73)、(38.66±6.74)、(21.21±3.87)、(41.81±6.13);观察组道德指数、文化指数、法律指数、审美指数、心里指数分别为(33.39±2.86)、(41.97±5.12)、(22.39±3.01、(44.83±5.26)。对比结果显示,观察组在常规社区护理基础上进行的人文素养多元渗透明显优于对照组数据,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文素养在社区护理中的多元渗透对社区护理有着明显的积极作用,值得推广应用和继续研究。
Objective: To explore the multi-infiltration of humanistic quality in community nursing teaching and to cultivate multi-level and comprehensive community nursing talents. Methods: Select the community nursing staff of 30 cases in the previous stage, divide them into two groups according to the principle of randomness: control group and observation group, 15 cases in the control group and 15 cases in the observation group. The control group adopted the routine community nursing work style of our unit. Based on the routine community nursing work style, the observation group infiltrated into the humanistic quality from many aspects. After the community care work is completed, five observation indexes such as moral index, cultural index, legal index, aesthetic index and inner-heart index are compared. Results: The moral index, cultural index, legal index, aesthetic index and psychological index in the control group were (31.17 ± 3.73), (38.66 ± 6.74), (21.21 ± 3.87) and (41.81 ± 6.13) (33.39 ± 2.86), (41.97 ± 5.12), (22.39 ± 3.01, (44.83 ± 5.26), respectively.) The comparison results showed that the observation group conducted the humane study based on the routine community nursing (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The multiple infiltration of humanistic quality in community nursing has a significant positive effect on community nursing, and it is worth to promote the use and continue to study.
