近年来的研究表明,休克、缺血性损伤时,细胞内钙离子环境的失调,造成细胞内钙离子超负荷,是导致细胞不可逆性损伤和死亡的重要因素,也是各种因素所引起的细胞坏死的最终共同途径。钙通道阻滞剂能阻断钙向细胞内流,维持细胞内钙离子环境稳定性,减轻细胞损伤和保护器官功能,已越来越受到重视。本文就钙离子与细胞损伤的关系及钙通道阻滞剂的保护作用作一综述。
