The establishment of corporate culture cannot leave a large cultural environment and existing cultural background. Research on corporate organizational behavior should be turned into a more in-depth study of socio-cultural factors. Social culture contains many different components such as social systems, ethics, lifestyle, and values. Taking collectivism as an example, according to Zhang Jie, an esthetic scholar, Chinese collectivism is a kind of family collectivism. This kind of history precipitates advantages and disadvantages. The difficulty in dealing with interpersonal relationships is one of them, because people are more prone to be within their own family.
