用超临界CO_2流体萃取技术从黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)中萃取分离出挥发性成分,并用GC-MS—计算机联用技术对其进行了研究,从中分离鉴定了27个成分,并进行了含量测定。其中1-甲基-3-异丙基苯[benzene,1-methyl-3-(1-methylethyhl)]等十三个成分为首次从该植物中分离到。
The volatile components were extracted and separated from Artemisia annua by supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction. The volatile components were studied by GC-MS-computer technology. 27 components were identified and determined. . Thirteen components, including 1-methyl-3-isopropylbenzene [benzene, 1-methyl-3-(1-methylethyhl)], were isolated from the plant for the first time.
