本文针对分层受损复合材料板的特点,研究了其固有频率和阻尼行为。基于Mindlin假设的一阶剪切理论和选择积分方法构造了8结点复合材料层合板单元;提出了一种用于合分层受损复合材料层合板动力分析的分层模型;在分层上下部分之间设计了一种特殊的界面连接单元,以防止在低阶模态中分层处出现上下子板不合理的脱离或嵌入现象。依据Adams提出的应变能方法,分析了分层受损复合材料板的阻尼特性。通过典型算例,讨论了分层大小、位置和界面连接刚度强弱对含分层复合材料层合板横向自由振动频率、振型和阻尼特性(SDC)的影响。本文工作为合分层受损复合材料层合板振动分析提供了一个有效的方法。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of laminated damaged composite plate, its natural frequency and damping behavior were studied. Based on Mindlin’s hypothetical first-order shear theory and selection integral method, an 8-node composite laminates element is constructed. A layered model is proposed for dynamic analysis of composite laminates with damaged composite layers. A special interfacing unit is designed between the sections to prevent the sub-boards from being unreasonably detached or embedded in the lower-level mode. According to the strain energy method proposed by Adams, the damping characteristics of delaminated composite plates are analyzed. The influence of delamination size, location and interfacial stiffness on the transverse free vibration frequency, mode shape and damping characteristic (SDC) of layered composite laminates was discussed through a typical example. The work in this paper provides an effective method for the vibration analysis of composite laminates with delaminated layers.
