以工业甲基萘为原料,提取β-甲基萘、α-甲基萘的过程中,需要首先脱除喹啉、异喹啉,同时尽量避免吲哚损失。考察了不同酸类型、酸浓度、酸过量系数、反应时间及反应温度等主要因素对喹啉、异喹啉脱除率和吲哚保留率的影响情况。结果表明,硫酸是最合适的酸洗剂;在适宜的工艺条件下使用硫酸作为酸洗剂,可以将工业甲基萘中绝大部分的喹啉、异喹啉去除,脱除率大于98%,且吲哚保留率大于95%,洗涤后的工业甲基萘中喹啉含量低于0.2%。
Industrial methyl naphthalene as raw materials, extraction of β-methylnaphthalene, α-methylnaphthalene process, you need to first remove quinoline, isoquinoline, indole while trying to avoid the loss. The effects of different acid types, acid concentration, acid excess coefficient, reaction time and reaction temperature on the removal rates of quinoline, isoquinoline and indole were investigated. The results show that sulfuric acid is the most suitable pickling agent. When sulfuric acid is used as acid pickling agent under proper process conditions, most of quinoline and isoquinoline in industrial methylnaphthalene can be removed. The removal rate is more than 98% , And the retention rate of indole is more than 95%. The content of quinoline in industrial methylnaphthalene after washing is lower than 0.2%.
