本设计主要以74190芯片级联为核心实现交通灯控制。这个电路采用两个74190芯片级联成一个从99倒计到00的计数器，用JK触发器实现信号灯的转换，倒计时显示采用七段数码管作为显示，非常简单地实现了交通信号灯的控制。使用电脑EWBVeion5．Oc仿真技术对系统进行仿真。
