由于钢球质量关系,我厂的磨矿作业很不正常,投产至今,没有坚持合理装球工作。生产中磨机的钢球补加失调,一次性补加5—10吨钢球的情况很多,平时第一段磨矿仅补加φ20毫米一种球径,第二段补加φ80毫米一种球径,导致磨矿细度达不到技术要求,球磨机小时处理能力低。1987年,我们加强球磨机的合理装球工作后,各项技术经济指标获得了令人满意的结果。. (一)提高球磨机小时处理能力与磨矿效率生产结果证实(见表1、2),球磨机的补加球各段补加三种球径比补加一种球径每小时处理量提高3—4吨。磨机利用系数(-200目)提高0.088—0.24吨/米~3·时,最终磨矿细度-200目含量提高3%,班操作细度合格率(技术条件合格班数)提高38—60%。(二)补加球直径及比例补加球比例是按照
