农村幼儿园教师游戏指导水平既影响幼儿园游戏活动的质量,更影响幼儿园的保教质量。本研究采用半结构式观察和访谈法,对贵州省30所农村幼儿园教师的游戏指导现状进行了调查,结果发现,农村幼儿园教师游戏指导存在的主要问题有:教师对游戏指导价值的认识存在偏差;游戏材料和玩具的投放不足;游戏内容、材料和玩具由教师决定;过于强调游戏规则和纪律;教师介入游戏的频率较低,指导方法随意;偏重对游戏结果和幼儿表现的评价等。基于此,研究者提出了相关建议。
Rural kindergarten teacher game guidance both affect the quality of kindergarten game activities, but also affect the quality of kindergarten teaching. In the present study, semi-structured observation and interviews were used to investigate the current situation of the game instruction in 30 rural kindergarten teachers in Guizhou Province. The results showed that there were some main problems in the instructional guidance of rural kindergarten teachers: the deviation of teachers’ understanding of the value of game guidance; Game materials and toys are underdeveloped; game content, materials and toys are determined by the teacher; too much emphasis is placed on the rules and discipline of the game; the frequency of teachers’ involvement in the game is low and the instructional methods are at will; emphasis is placed on the evaluation of game outcomes and child performance. Based on this, the researchers put forward relevant suggestions.
