许多试验表明,粘着系数μ对机车车辆的运行性能有很大影响。但是,这些试验大多是在实验室内进行的,在干线上所做的简单试验只是在车轮滑行的地点搜集到的一些数据。作者采用“滑动粘着转向架”沿着干线运行,进行了粘着系数μ的连续测定,并分析、考察了在各种环境条件下的试验结果。同时还对试验获得的μ值进行统计处理,查明了μ与车轮滑动率之间的关系。此外,还阐明了影响μ值下降的各种因素。
Many tests show that the adhesion coefficient μ has a great influence on the running performance of rolling stock. However, most of these tests are conducted in the laboratory. The simple tests conducted on the main line are just some of the data gathered at the locations where the wheels were taxiing. The authors used a “sliding adhesive bogie” to run along the trunk line, and continuously measured the adhesion coefficient μ. The test results under various environmental conditions were investigated. At the same time, the μ value obtained from the experiment is also statistically processed to find out the relationship between μ and the wheel slip rate. In addition, various factors that affect the decrease in μ are also illustrated.
