本文采用IPG YLS-10000W的激光器进行了10mm不锈钢激光自熔焊焊接工艺研究,在焊接过程中通过对激光功率、离焦量、焊接速度等工艺参数的选择,确定了10mm不锈钢激光自熔焊能够得到良好焊缝成形的焊接工艺参数。并对在该焊接参数下获得的焊接接头的微观组织形态进行了观察,对焊接接头的显微硬度、拉伸、弯曲等力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:激光自熔焊试件焊接变形相对较小,接头室温和高温强度略低于母材,焊缝和热影响区HV硬度均大于母材。

The microstructure of the welded joint obtained under the welding parameters was also observed. The mechanical properties such as microhardness, tensile and bending of the welded joint were tested. The results show that the welding deformation of the laser self-fluxing welding is relatively small, the room temperature and high temperature strength of the joint are slightly lower than that of the base metal, and HV hardness of the weld and heat affected zone are greater than that of the base metal.
