1病例患者任某某,女,40岁,腰酸2年白带增多伴异味半年,余2016年7月18日来我院门诊就诊。彩超示:子宫大小正常,子宫前位,内膜厚约为1.0cm,双侧附件以及盆腔未见明显异常,提示:环下移至宫颈处,嘱其经期3天后来我院取环,末次月经2016年8月14日,经量正常,无痛经,嘱患者排空膀胱,进入门诊手术室行节育器取出术,患者取膀胱结石位,外阴常规消毒,双合诊检查:子宫大小正常,子宫前位,宫颈处异物感,
