电大在不同的专业都开设了一些法律课程,这样既充实了学生的法律知识,又为学生理论联系实际解决专业中的实际问题打下了良好的基础。对于电大法律课的教师来说,传授法学理论知识只是教学的一个方面,更重要的是培养学生运用所学的法学理论,联系实际,提高分析问题解决问题的能力。学生的学习过程可概括为“知识的获得”与“知识的运用”两个阶段。从获得知识到运用知识,是学生学习过程的内部矛盾运动。它的源泉和动力是学生认识的内部矛盾性。只有通过这种内部矛盾运动,
