150柴油机经过一阶段性能调整试验之后,拆检时发现了中央连杆轴瓦损坏较多。由于进行了各方面的对比试验和分析研究,找出了轴瓦损坏的原因,采取了改进措施,通过双缸机及整机的反复试验,得到了满意的成果。现将有关情况介绍如下。 一、结构简介 150型机是高速、大功率、高增压、强载二冲程回流扫气柴油机。 该机连杆由叉型连杆、中央连杆组成,其夹角为180°,结构如图1所示。 中央连杆装在叉型连杆衬瓦背上,并在衬瓦背上作60°夹角的往复摆动,中央连杆大端及其轴
