袋泡剂为一种新剂型,具有溶出快、体积小、服用方便等优点。实验比较了生脉饮袋泡剂及煎剂的质量,选择了二个参数(水总溶出物、乙醇沉淀物)和三个主要成分(总皂甙、五味子乙素和还原性游离糖)进行含量测定。结果袋泡剂均高于煎剂,其中总皂甙高2.7倍,五味子乙素高3倍,水总溶出物高3.03倍,乙醇沉淀物高7.25倍。
The foaming agent is a new formulation with the advantages of fast dissolution, small volume and easy administration. The quality of the Shengmai Yinbao foaming agent and decoction was compared in the experiment.
