对高锰钢整铸辙叉断口进行了宏观与微观分析,确认锰叉横裂为疲劳断裂。其断口属于低应力高周次疲劳。进一步研究了疲劳源及断裂过程,作者认为冶金质量是造成锰叉疲劳断裂的重要因素,故提出了现阶段提高锰叉疲劳抗力的途径是:提高钢的强度和消除铸造缺陷集中区及内裂纹。
The macro-and micro-analysis of the high-manganese steel cast frog fractures were carried out, and the cross-cracking of manganese fork was confirmed as the fatigue fracture. The fracture belongs to the low stress and high frequency fatigue.
