成本管理一直是企业日常经营管理的一项中心工作,在企业生产经营实践中起着举足轻重的作用。现代企业快速发展的形势,使传统成本管理模型面临新的挑战,因此必须加以改革。目前我国许多企业所采用的传统成本管理方法存在着诸多缺陷,已不能再继续适应激烈的市场竞争,现代企业管理需要更加关注成本管理,成本管理也必须更加科学化和系统化。本文分析了成本管理在企业发展中的重要性,并就企业如何加强成本管理提出了建议。
