钛(1V)能和某些有机试剂在一定条件下形成四元给合物。本文试验了钛(IV)—邻菲罗啉—苯羟乙酸—钙试剂羧酸钠的四元显色体系。结果发现溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)能增加反应的灵敏度和对比度。在PH10.00—10.60(硼砂—氢氧化纳)介质中吸光值恒定。用摩尔比法和等克分子系列法测得络合比为:Ti(lV):CCA=1:3。根据吸收光谱可以观察到,在给合物最大吸收(λ=545nm)处,络合物与试剂空白的ΔA值小;而在试剂最大吸收(λ=665um)处,试剂空白与络合物的ΔA值较大。因此采用络合物为参比测空白吸
Titanium (1V) can form quaternary complexes with certain organic reagents under certain conditions. This article tested the titanium (IV) - o-phenanthroline - glyoxylic acid - calcium reagent sodium carboxylate four-color system. The results showed that cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) can increase the sensitivity and contrast of the reaction. Absorbance is constant at pH 10.00-10.60 (borax-sodium hydroxide). The molar ratio method and the equivalent gram series method were used to determine the complex ratio: Ti (lV): CCA = 1: 3. According to the absorption spectrum, it can be observed that the ΔA value of the complex and the blank of the reagent is small at the maximum absorption (λ = 545 nm) of the complex and at the reagent maximum absorption (λ = 665 μm) The value of ΔA is larger.
