In the 15th century, after two wars in Jacques, until 1728, China and Russia signed the Treaty of Chkotu, thus normalizing their relations. In order to consolidate the good-neighborly relations with Russia, on the occasion of the succession of Peter II, the Qing government sent the first ambassador to our country to extricate the West. For the first time, the route to China’s ambassador was bumpy. Due to limited communications, bad weather, the change of the Russian government, and other factors, the mission finally arrived in Moscow on January 9, 1731, after a long period of six months. “This is the first Chinese mission to make history in the West.” It not only opened up the vision of the Qing court, promoted the understanding between China and Russia, but also provided better international conditions for the stabilization of the Jungar rebel movement , But also laid the foundation for the return of Tuerut to the motherland in the future.
