在现代社会,知识产权要素已成为企业市场综合竞争力的关键标志,武汉东湖高新区作为国家自主创新示范区之一,加强企业的知识产权管理更具迫切性和必要性。目前武汉东湖高新区企业创新能力仍显不足,并严重制约着该地区的经济社会发展,因此研究若干激励和扶持企业拥有自主知识产权的对策具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过对武汉东湖高新区企业拥有自主知识产权的现状的实证研究,分析了武汉东湖高新区企业拥有自主知识产权存在的问题,并深入剖析了其主要原因,最后提出若干对策建议。
In modern society, the elements of intellectual property have become the key symbol of the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise market. As one of the national independent innovation demonstration zones, Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone is more urgent and necessary to strengthen the management of intellectual property of enterprises. At present, the innovation capability of enterprises in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone is still inadequate and severely restricts the economic and social development in the region. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study some countermeasures to encourage and support enterprises to own independent intellectual property rights. Based on the empirical research on the status quo of independent intellectual property rights owned by enterprises in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone, this paper analyzes the existing problems of independent intellectual property rights owned by enterprises in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone and analyzes its main reasons in depth. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
