(一) 粘土高铝车间156米隧道窑自1959年12月投产以后,检查廊与窑一直是采用石英砂封闭,即“砂封”的办法。由于加砂不及时,或窑内采用较大的正压操作时,窑体漏缝、窜火比较严重,因而造成窑车金属结构部份烧损;窑车轴承温度过高,润滑脂熔化,造成轴头干磨磨损;窑封不严,气流泄漏,影响窑内热工制度的稳定,由于检查廊温度高,操作人员冒着高温粉尘在检查廊中清扫积砂,往往弄得汗流浃背,操作条件十分恶劣。毛主席教导我们说:“通过实践而发现
