本文介绍了第三代耐磨材料高铬铸铁的实质与一般特性.根据冷轧辊的技术要求,熔炼了六炉不同成分的15Cr3Mo,检验了铸态组织与硬度.试验得出有效的软化退火是高温固溶接在 A_1附近,往复加热使其基体球化.淬火温度可用低温与高温两种,高温(1100℃)淬火后,用550℃回火获得二次硬化。磨损试验结果,高铬铸铁的耐磨性能比锻钢9CrW 高3~4倍以上.指出复合铸造冷轧辊制造上的几个技术难关,有待深入研究与试验.
In this paper, the third generation wear-resistant materials, high-chromium cast iron, the essence and general characteristics.According to the technical requirements of cold roll, the melting of the six different composition of 15Cr3Mo furnace, test the as-cast microstructure and hardness.Experimental results show that the effective softening annealing The high-temperature solution is connected to the vicinity of A_1 by reciprocating heating to pelletize the matrix. The quenching temperature can be two kinds of low-temperature and high-temperature. After quenching at high temperature (1100 ° C), secondary hardening is obtained by tempering at 550 ° C. The results of wear test show that the wear resistance of high-chromium cast iron is 3 to 4 times higher than that of forged steel 9CrW.It is pointed out that several technical difficulties in the manufacture of composite cast cold-rolled roll require further study and experimentation.
