实施新课改以来,许多学校开展了新理念下的校本教研,力争使教师尽快适应新课改的需要。但是,学校的教学管理仍然没有跳出陈旧的“老套式”。很难想象,用过去应试教育的教学管理方式来管理和评价教师,是否能让教师产生符合新课改的理念与教学方式。因此,重建教学管理制度,势在必行。下面笔者就农村小学教学管理中存在的问题进行简要分析并提出相应的对策。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, many schools have launched school-based teaching and research under the new concept and strive to make teachers adapt to the needs of the new curriculum reform as soon as possible. However, the teaching management of the school still did not jump out of the old “old-fashioned ”. It is hard to imagine that the management and evaluation of teachers through the past examination-oriented teaching management can make teachers conform to the concepts and teaching methods of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, it is imperative to rebuild the teaching management system. The following author on the rural primary teaching management problems in a brief analysis and propose appropriate countermeasures.
