我厂对金属零部件化学成份的分析,多年来一直采用化学,摄谱和看谱分析法:这三种方法对金属零部件均会有不同程度的破坏,当样品不允许破坏时,就无能为力了。最近,根据生产的需要和外单位先进经验的启发,采用光谱迁移沾样分析法,取得了较好的效果。经测绘后的金属零部件破坏甚微,不影响其使用,因此,这种方法可应在新机研制,工艺分析,故障件检查和对引进设备的测绘中。
