心理健康教育是素质教育中的重要组成部分,心理健康是学生成长成才的重要基础,是促进学生全面发展的重要途径和手段,是高等教育德育工作的重要组成部分。以提高公安院校学生的心理素质为重点,通过行之有效的途径来帮助学生树立心理健康意识,增强心理调适能力和社会生活的适应能力,帮助学生掌握维护心理健康的知识和方法,了解自身心理发展的特点与规律,学会自我保健和自我调节从而树立正确的成才观和人生价值观,以达到心理健康教育的目的。
Mental health education is an important part of quality education. Mental health is an important foundation for students ’growth and success. It is an important way and means to promote students’ all-round development. It is an important part of moral education in higher education. To improve the psychological quality of students in public security colleges and universities as the focus, through effective ways to help students to establish awareness of mental health, psychological adjustment and enhance the ability to adapt to social life, to help students master the maintenance of mental health knowledge and methods to understand their own Psychological development characteristics and laws, learn self-care and self-regulation so as to establish the correct concept of talent and life values in order to achieve the purpose of mental health education.
