为了提高防冰试验时进气道壁温测量结果的准确度,需要考虑传热对结果的影响。本文建立了温度测量方案的传热模型,计算了由传热引起的壁温测量偏差。计算结果表明,大温差强对流的试验环境使得测温偏差较大,导致测得温度偏低。本文分析讨论了显著影响测温偏差的因素,提出了相应地减小测温偏差的测量方案。
In order to improve the accuracy of airway wall temperature measurement during anti-icing test, the effect of heat transfer on the result needs to be considered. In this paper, the heat transfer model of the temperature measurement scheme is established and the deviation of the wall temperature measurement caused by the heat transfer is calculated. The calculation results show that the test environment with large temperature difference and strong convection makes the temperature measurement deviate greatly, which leads to the low measured temperature. This article analyzes and discusses the factors that significantly affect the temperature deviation and proposes a measurement scheme to reduce the temperature deviation accordingly.
