介绍了300Hz驻波热声发动机驱动脉冲管制冷机的最新进展.在前期经验的基础之上,针对驻波发动机、脉冲管制冷机以及它们之间的耦合机制进行了优化.在平均压力和加热功率分别为4.13MPa和1760W时,脉冲管制冷机的入口压比达到了1.248,并获得了69.5K的无负荷最低制冷温度,这是该频率范围的热声驱动脉冲管制冷机首次获得70K以下的低温.
In this paper, the latest progress of 300Hz standing-wave thermoacoustic engine-driven pulse tube refrigerator is introduced.On the basis of previous experience, the optimization of the coupling mechanism of standing wave engine, pulse tube refrigerator and their coupling is optimized.When the average pressure and heating When the power is 4.13MPa and 1760W respectively, the inlet pressure ratio of the pulse tube refrigerator reaches 1.248, and the minimum load-free cooling temperature of 69.5K is obtained, which is the first time that the thermoacoustic pulse tube refrigerator in this frequency range obtains below 70K Low temperature.
