采用催化氯化方法改进2,6-二氯-3-氰基-5-氟吡啶的合成,实验结果表明:在N,N-二甲基苯胺催化下,用PCl3作氯化剂和溶剂,可使2,6-二羟基-3-氰基-5-氟吡啶的氯化反应收率达54%,催化氯化方法可方便投料操作,缩短反应时间和减少车间污染及设备腐蚀
The catalytic chlorination method was used to improve the synthesis of 2,6-dichloro-3-cyano-5-fluoropyridine. The experimental results showed that under the catalysis of N, N-dimethylaniline and using PCl3 as chlorinating agent and solvent, Chlorination reaction yield of 2,6-dihydroxy-3-cyano-5-fluoropyridine can reach 54%. The catalytic chlorination method can facilitate the feed operation, shorten the reaction time and reduce the workshop pollution and equipment corrosion
