目的:探索抗五步蛇毒血清分段稀释滴注法治疗急诊蛇咬伤对患者凝血功能指标的影响效果.方法:选择本院急诊科于2018年8月-2020年8月救治的30例蛇咬伤患者为对象,所有患者均应用分段稀释滴注法注射抗五步蛇毒血清治疗,观察凝血功能指标的变化情况.结果:治疗后患者的凝血功能指标改善效果明显,数据差异显著(P<0.05).结论:分段稀释滴注法注射抗五步蛇毒血清治疗蛇咬伤效果明显,能改善患者的凝血功能,有利于急救工作的开展.
