恶性黑色素瘤是一种组织内含有黑色素颗粒为特征的高度恶性肿瘤，绝大多数好发于皮肤，原发于胃肠道极少。我院肿瘤科１９９９年７月收治１例胃底黑色素瘤，现报告如下。 患者，男性，６１岁。反复中上腹疼痛２年左右，疼痛无明显时间规律性，常能自行缓解，偶有恶心，嗳气。１ Malignant melanoma is a type of highly malignant tumor characterized by the presence of melanin granules in the tissues.
