企业掌握着国民经济命脉,无论是何种性质企业的发展都离不开思想政治工作的指导,企业更是如此。思想政治工作可以增加企业与员工之间的凝聚力,让员工更愿意参与到企业管理中。同样,企业文化也能够在潜移默化中影响员工,若将思想政治工作与企业文化整合在一起,势必会促进企业发展。因此,本文将从企业基本情况入手,结合企业思想政治工作与企业文化的相互作用及问题,提出促进企业思想政治工作与企业文化整合的措施,以便推动企业进一步向前发展。
Enterprises hold the lifeblood of the national economy, regardless of the nature of the development of enterprises are inseparable from the ideological and political work guidance, especially enterprises.
