目的研究中西医结合治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法选取遂川县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2013年9月—2015年4月收治的62例习惯性流产患者,根据不同治疗措施分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对照组给予常规西医治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者1周内阴道流血停止、腹部症状消失比例高于对照组,2周后B超检查胎芽胎心正常比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为96.8%,高于对照组的74.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效显著,可快速改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of habitual abortion. Methods Sixty-two patients with habitual abortion treated in Suichuan County Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from September 2013 to April 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment measures, with 31 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, while the control group was given conventional western medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, vaginal bleeding stopped within one week and the proportion of disappearance of abdominal symptoms was higher than that of the control group. After 2 weeks, the normal proportion of fetal fetal heart rate by ultrasound examination was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 96.8%, which was higher than 74.2% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating habitual abortion is significant, which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
