我厂热处理车间自从将盐炉改为埋入式电极后,起动电极的质量和成本一直是迫切需要解决的问题之一。在车间支部的领导下,经过半年的努力,终于成功地用 A_3元钢制成双排蛇形并联电极,达到了预期的目的和要求,现已正式定型投入生产使用,效果良好。开始,我们用φ20A_3元钢绕成中径为φ105毫米的单螺旋体起动电极,只使用1~2次就熔断了,甚至无法起动而停炉修复,严重影响生产。此时我们采用了φ4~5毫米 Cr_(20)
Since the salt furnace was changed to a buried electrode, the quality and cost of the starting electrode have always been one of the urgent problems to be solved in our factory heat treatment workshop. Under the leadership of the workshop branch, after half a year’s hard work, we finally succeeded in making the double-row serpentine parallel electrode with A_3 yuan steel to achieve the expected purpose and requirements. Now it has been formally put into production and used with good effect.
