目的研究细菌检验中应用PCR检验法的效果。方法抽取本院2015年1-6月确诊为阴道炎的患者66例,并采集患者的阴道分泌物,对其应用细菌培养法和PCR检验法进行细菌学检测,对比分析不同的检测方法检测的结果。结果 PCR检验法检出结果(嘎纳杆菌43株,检出率65.15%,棒状杆菌21株,检出率31.81%,肠球菌15株,检出率22.72%,阴性15例,检出率22.72%,阳性51例,检出率77.27%),明显优于细菌培养法检出(嘎纳杆菌39株,检出率59.09%,棒状杆菌15株,检出率22.72%,肠球菌11株,检出率16.66%,阴性29例,检出率43.93%,阳性37例,检出率56.06%),两组患者比较有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCR检验方法检验准确率高、效率高以及临床价值显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of PCR test in bacterial test. Methods Sixty-six patients diagnosed as vaginitis in our hospital from January to June, 2015 were collected. Vaginal secretions of the patients were collected. Bacteriological tests were carried out by bacterial culture and PCR test. The results of different detection methods result. Results The results of PCR test showed that there were 43 strains of canobacterium, the detection rate was 65.15%, 21 strains of corynebacterium were detected, the detection rate was 31.81%, the number of enterococci was 15, the detection rate was 22.72%, the negative rate was 15.7% and the detection rate was 22.72 %, Positive in 51 cases, the detection rate was 77.27%), which was significantly better than that of bacterial culture (39 strains of cannella, the detection rate was 59.09%, 15 corynebacteria, the detection rate was 22.72%, 11 enterococci, The detection rate was 16.66%, negative in 29 cases, the detection rate was 43.93%, positive in 37 cases, the detection rate was 56.06%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The PCR test method has high accuracy, high efficiency and significant clinical value, which is worthy of clinical application.
