There has been great progress in the study of the theory of corporate property rights which has been paid attention to on the issue of corporate property rights and governance structure. Some scholars have proposed Ah “super-property theory,” that the theory of property rights to elucidate the benefits of incentive mechanism to enhance the efficiency of enterprises, and further clarification of the theory of supremacy
