总结我院1993-03～1995-03经CT扫描及临床病理和手术证实的脊椎结核17例,结合有关文献分析报告如下: 材料与方法 本组17例,男12例,女5例。年龄3～64岁,平均34岁。病史最短20天,最长5年。主要临床表现有腰背部疼痛,活动受限,其中伴下肢无力及运动障碍5例,颈痛扭转困难1例,骶髂部疼痛1例。 使用S～omatom CR型CT扫描机,经X线平片定位后自病变区4mm层距、4mm层厚
