光合作用是茶树产量的基础。从光合生理的角度看,提高茶树产量的实质,归根结底是如何提高光合效率的问题。六十年代光呼吸的发现,现已明确光呼吸在绿色植物中普遍存在,而C_3植物则以表光呼吸速率达光合速率的3/3—1/2成为限制净光合率的内部因素。茶树是C_3植物,具有明显的光呼吸,这是茶树低产的一个基本原因。如能对此加以适当调控,势必对茶树产量产生影响。据此思路、作者为了解AT试剂提高茶树产量的可靠性及在茶树上应用的普遍性。于1987—1988二年,进行了AT试剂对丘陵茶树品质与产量影响之试验,并取得了满意效果。
Photosynthesis is the basis of tea production.
