目的了解江头社区65岁以上老年人的健康状况,为有针对性开展健康促进、防治慢性病提供依据。方法对2 096名65岁以上老人的体检结果(体质指数、血糖、血脂、血压、心电图)进行统计分析。结果社区老年人健康的主要危险因素分别是高血压(1 371人,占65.41%)、心电图异常(1 132人,占54.01%)、血脂边缘升高(776人,占37.02%)、血脂升高(686人,占32.73%)、糖尿病(615人,占29.34%)、超重(847人,占40.41%)、肥胖(239人,占11.40%)。血脂异常、肥胖的检出率女性明显多于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增长,高血压检出率增加,超重突出于70~74岁年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人的健康管理不仅要重视高血压、糖尿病,血脂、心电图和体质量也要密切关注,促进健康教育效果,提高老年人自我管理能力。
Objective To understand the health status of the elderly over 65 in Jiangtou community and provide the basis for targeted health promotion and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Methods The physical examination results (body mass index, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, electrocardiogram) of 2 096 elderly people over the age of 65 were analyzed statistically. Results The main risk factors for the elderly in community were hypertension (1 371, accounting for 65.41%), abnormal electrocardiogram (1 132, accounting for 54.01%), elevated blood lipids (776, accounting for 37.02%), High (686, accounting for 32.73%), diabetes (615, accounting for 29.34%), overweight (847, accounting for 40.41%) and obesity (239, accounting for 11.40%). The prevalence of dyslipidemia and obesity was significantly higher in females than in males (P <0.05). With the increase of age, the detection rate of hypertension increased, overweight in the 70-74 age group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The health management of the elderly should not only pay attention to hypertension, diabetes, blood lipids, electrocardiogram and body weight should also pay close attention to promote health education and improve the ability of self-management of the elderly.
