近年来儿童青少年高血压的发病率逐年增加,胰岛素样生长因子-I(insulin-like growth factor-I,IGF-I)在高血压发生、发展过程中起了重要的作用。本研究旨在通过对青少年高血压患者血清IGF-I水平测定,对血清IGF-1与高血压的关系进行分析。
In recent years, the incidence of hypertension in children and adolescents has been increasing year by year. Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between serum IGF-1 and hypertension by measuring the level of serum IGF-I in adolescents with hypertension.
