HLA I-表位肽四聚复合物检测系统(简称:四聚复合物检测系统)是以生物素-亲和素、人工制备的HLAI类分子、β2-M和特异性抗原表位多肽构建的四聚复合物,模拟靶细胞膜表面的HLAI类分子-表位复合物检测系统。它通过T细胞受体识别并结合相应表位的特异性CTL,以生物素-荧光标记的亲和素为标记物并利用流式细胞仪进行定量检测和分拣;它能在体外直接定性、定量检测T细胞群中的特异性CTL,因而对微生物感染、肿瘤、移植排斥等疾病的细胞免疫学研究将产生重大的影响。本文着重介绍了该技术在HBV/HCV感染研究中的应用进展。
