本文根据镉中毒肾脏毒性作用的主要表现,通过体外试验研究了CdCl_2及Cd-MT对肾小管刷状缘细胞膜(BBM)的~(45)Ca~(2+)摄取功能及膜表面性质的影响。结果表明:终浓度为1.0—4.0μmol/L的CdCl_2对BBM的~(45)Ca~(2+)摄取功能有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),而含等量镉的Cd-MT-Ⅰ(Cd:Cu:Zn=1.0:0.8:1.2)和Cd-MT-Ⅱ(Cd:
