甲基代森锌是一种广泛使用的二硫氨基甲酸酯杀霉菌剂,对大鼠有致畸作用。它的代谢和降解产物—PLTU的致畸效应也有了报告,就作者所知,这些物质的致癌资料尚缺乏,致突变资料也很少。甲基代森锌对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌无致突变作用,而且也不诱发小鼠精子畸形。由于可能的遗传危害与接触二硫氨基甲酸酯有关,所以作者决定用小鼠微核试验对甲基代森锌和PLTU的遗传毒性作更广泛的研究分析。
Metforme Zinc is a widely used dithiocarbamate fungicide that has teratogenic effects in rats. The teratogenic effects of its metabolites and degradation products, PLTU, have also been reported. To the author’s knowledge, the carcinogenicity of these substances is still lacking and there is very little mutagenic data. Methyl dendritic zinc has no mutagenic effect on Salmonella typhimurium, and does not induce mouse sperm deformity. Since possible genetic hazards are associated with exposure to dithiocarbamates, the authors decided to conduct a broader research analysis of the genotoxicity of memantine and PLTU using mouse micronucleus tests.
