本文用正电子湮没多普勒展宽能谱仪、寿命谱仪和透射电子显微镜相结合分析了大约在5℃和25℃之间Cu-23at.%Zn-11at.%Al合金的相转变。结果表明该合金中的层错在实验误差范围内对正电子没有捕获效应。
In this paper, the phase transition of Cu-23at.% Zn-11at.% Al alloy at about 5 ℃ and 25 ℃ was analyzed by positron annihilation Doppler spread spectrum spectroscopy, lifetime spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the stacking faults in the alloy have no catching effect on positrons in the experimental error range.
