本文描述了以赤铁矿为原料的熔剂性烧结矿的矿物学特征,尤其结合钙铝硅铁固溶体相与赤铁矿相讨论了烧结矿显微结构及其性质,并指出SFCA(钙铝硅铁固溶体)在结构上与磁铁矿有关,并在临界氧化铝浓度时变得稳定。烧结矿的还原性能和低温还原粉化性能与赤铁矿转化为磁铁矿时所产生的孔隙和裂纹有密切关系,而且残余赤铁矿颗粒特征尤具重要意义。
In this paper, the mineralogical characteristics of sinter sinter with hematite as raw material are described. In particular, the microstructure and properties of sinter are discussed in combination with the calcareous solid solution phase and the hematite phase. It is also pointed out that SFCA (calcium aluminum silicate Iron solid solution) is structurally related to magnetite and becomes stable at critical alumina concentrations. The reduction performance and low-temperature reduction pulverization performance of sinter are closely related to the pores and cracks produced when hematite is transformed into magnetite, and the characteristics of residual hematite particles are of great significance.
