武汉致盛集团有限公司是一家多元化的民营企业。1996年该集团公司成立不久就在市区总工会的指导下,成立了工会组织,建立了职工代表大会制度,并将厂务公开纳入民主管理的重要议事日程;建立了民主评议干部制度,提出“制度大于总经理”的管理理念。公司通过狠抓民主管理工作,提升了企业的管理水平,促进了企业的长足发展,被评为“全国模范职工之家”。笔者就其民主管理在企业发展中的重要作用,采访了该集团公司董事长兼总经理张润斌。
Wuhan Sheng Group Co., Ltd. is a diversified private enterprises. In 1996, under the guidance of the Urban Federation of Trade Unions, the group company set up a trade union organization, set up a staff representative assembly system and made the factory affairs openly included in the important agenda of democratic management. The establishment of a democratic appraisal cadre system was put forward “System is greater than the general manager ” management philosophy. By paying close attention to democratic management, the company improved its management level and promoted the rapid development of its enterprise. It was named “National Model Worker’s Home”.
