城市的发展促进了交通业的不断发展,公路、铁路作为城市之间相互联系的纽带,桥梁则是道路交通中必不可少的一部分。不论是城市中的高架立交桥还是连接两地的之间的公路和铁路桥,各个类型的桥梁发挥着各自必须的作用,科学技术的提高,道路桥梁施工技术水平也达到了前所未有的水平。为达到城市建设和道路的要求标准,高难度的桥梁架设的也越来越多,对于两地间跨度非常大的情形下架设桥梁,目前我国国内基本都是采用大跨度箱式钢制桥结构进行设计施工的。在采用大跨度箱式钢制桥梁技术进行桥梁施工时,一定要注意的重中之重就是采用什么样的技术对桥梁变形情况做到有效的控制,本文结合了大量的工程实例对采用焊接技术来控制、解决大跨度箱式钢制桥梁在施工中容易出现的变形状况进行了简单的阐述说明,并对这一技术提出了合理的钢箱梁焊接变形控制方案,对焊接工艺也做出了适当的优化。通过对我国一些类似的桥梁工程资料进行搜集和对比,证实了对于在跨度大的地区间架设大跨度箱式钢制桥梁,采取有效的措施来预防焊接技术中的变形就能有效的控制住桥梁的变形情况。所以本文下面提出的一些相关措施在实际的工程施工中具有很大的应用价值。
