目的了解西藏日喀则地区南木林县和康马县生活饮用水微生物污染状况。方法于2013年分别在南木林县和康马县枯水期和丰水期采集生活饮用水,对水样做菌落总数和大肠菌群检测。结果两县枯水期水样合格率均为100.00%;丰水期,菌落总数合格率分别为60.61%和73.53%,大肠菌群合格率分别为57.58%和73.53%。南木林县集中式供水水样合格率较低,菌落总数和大肠菌群合格率分别为18.75%和12.50%;康马县自建水和分散式供水的菌落总数和大肠菌群均不合格(P>0.05)。结论两县丰水期水样合格率较低,农村地区生活饮用水微生物污染严重。
Objective To understand the microbial contamination of drinking water in Nanmu County and Kangma County in Shigatse Prefecture, Tibet. Methods Drinking water was collected in dry season and wet season in Nanmu County and Kangma County in 2013 respectively, and the total number of colony and coliform bacteria were tested on water samples. Results The qualified rates of water samples in both dry season were 100.00%. The pass rates of wet season and colony were 60.61% and 73.53% respectively. The passing rate of coliform bacteria was 57.58% and 73.53% respectively. The qualified rate of centralized water supply in South Mulin County was lower, the total number of colonies and the passing rate of coliform bacteria were 18.75% and 12.50%, respectively. The total number of colonies and coliforms of self-built water and distributed water supply in Kangma County were all unqualified P> 0.05). Conclusions The qualified rate of water samples in the two counties during the wet season is low, and the microbial water pollution of drinking water in rural areas is serious.
