QTZ200到塔式起重机是国产大型自开式起重机,其塔身的升降是靠液压顶升系统来完成的。项开油缸在长时间、大压力的工作条件下,易产生油缸来封元件老化,缸体变形,进杂物拉伤缸体等故障。要排除这些故障,应将油缸解体,取出活塞杆进行修复。但该型塔式起重机在设计上就没有考虑在正常工作的情况下拆除油缸的条件。 要拆卸油缸,不仅耗费人力、物力,还对机械局部造成破坏,作业中安全系数小,影响使用时间较长,给施工生产带来很大的损失。为解决这一难题,我们经过反复研究计算,并多次实践,制定了本油缸拆装新工艺,取得了良好的效果和经济效益。

To eliminate these failures, the cylinder should be disassembled, remove the piston rod to repair. However, this type of tower crane in the design did not consider the case of normal removal of the cylinder under conditions. To disassemble the fuel tank, not only the manpower and material resources are consumed, but also the local damage to the machinery is caused. The safety factor in the operation is small and the use time is long, which brings great losses to the construction and production. To solve this problem, we have repeatedly studied and calculated, and many times practice, developed a new technology disassembly of the cylinder, and achieved good results and economic benefits.
