我厂高速钢缩杆用传统磷化工艺很难形成理想的磷化膜,经改进,取得了较商质量的磷化膜,满足了产品要求。工艺流程如下:装筐→除油→热水洗→酸洗→十冷水冲洗→热水冼→磷化→热水洗→中和→皂化→干燥→检验。主要工序配方: 磷化,H_3PO_4 25~30ml/L,ZnO 9~10g/L,NaNO_2 0.3~0.4g/L,其余H_2O;使用温度,80~85℃;时间:30~50min 除油:Na_zCO_3 70~80g/L,Na~3PO_4 70~80 g/L,NaOH 90~100 g/L,Na_2SiO_3 15~20 g/L,余H_2O;使用温度:90~100℃, 时间:20~30 min 中和:Na_zCO_3 90~100g/L,其余H_2O;皂化;工业皂化200~250g/L,其余H_2O,使用温度,50~60℃,时间:15~20min。操作中的几点经验:
