幼儿教育事关新疆各民族群众素质的提高和新疆地区的和谐稳定。幼儿教师的素质和能力,事关新疆幼教事业的成败。互联网时代对幼儿教师队伍的素质与能力提出了新的要求,也为提升幼儿教师的素质和能力提供了新的技术手段和学习平台。在互联网时代背景下,幼儿教师应通过远程教育、自主学习等方式,不断提高自己的政治素质、业务知识、岗位技能和学习能力,努力为新疆的稳定和发展做出更大贡献。
Early childhood education is related to the improvement of the quality of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang and the harmony and stability in Xinjiang. The quality and ability of kindergarten teachers are crucial to the success or failure of preschool education in Xinjiang. The internet age has put forward new requirements for the quality and ability of preschool teachers, and also provided new technical means and learning platform for enhancing the quality and ability of preschool teachers.
